Channel Sales Executive

**Role Overview**:
A Channel Sales Executive is responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners, distributors, or resellers. The goal is to drive sales growth by promoting the company’s products or services through various distribution channels, ensuring product availability, and supporting partners to achieve their sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Channel Development**:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, resellers, or distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure they remain motivated and committed to promoting the company’s products.
- **Sales Support**:
- Provide partners with sales tools, training, and resources to help them sell the company’s products effectively.
- Conduct regular visits and communication with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and improve sales performance.
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Work with partners to develop joint sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns to drive channel sales.
- Ensure alignment between the company’s objectives and partner sales efforts, ensuring targets are met.
- Monitor the sales progress and provide timely reports to management on performance metrics.
- **Product Knowledge and Training**:
- Educate partners on the company’s products, features, and benefits to enable them to effectively sell and support the product.
- Provide ongoing training to ensure channel partners stay up-to-date on new product launches, updates, or changes.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Track competitor activities in the market and provide feedback on pricing, promotional strategies, and product offerings.
- Analyze sales trends and channel performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- **Channel Marketing and Promotions**:
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop channel-specific marketing campaigns and promotional offers.
- Assist in the execution of marketing programs through channel partners to drive visibility and product adoption.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, distribution, or business development roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage and influence partners.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners and distributors.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage relationships with multiple channel partners.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to assess channel performance and develop strategies to improve sales and distribution efficiency.
- **Education**: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
