**About the Company**
Riverpoint Solutions is a food brand platform with its own manufacturing facilities in Krishnagiri, Chennai and Bengaluru. Company operates food brands with focus on bakery, cakes, confectionaries, and millet-based savouries & short-eats. Current brand portfolio includes “N”, “Millet Maagic Meal” and “HaaHaar”. Bakery products are currently being supplied through its existing distributors and supermarkets in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
It also engages in customized contract-based food manufacturing to various major brands in FMCG and Food Supply companies such as Nilgiris, Reliance and other upcoming QSR and Food brands. With a strong pipeline of innovative food product portfolio in bakery and short eats company is planning to scale its production.
**Job Role**:Territory Sales Associate (TSA)
**No of Positions**:2
**Key Responsibilities**:TSAs perform the daily sales operations in the assigned geographical area. Develop effective sales strategies and ensure that sales quotas for an assigned territory are met.TSAs are responsible for increasing companies’ sales revenue by ensuring and resolve customer complaints.
TSAs will have fast-tracked career growth into managerial roles within a short period of time.
1. Act as single POC for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
2. Educate the potential customers on the product features and pricing etc.
3. Develop a sales plan/strategy for the territory along with Head of Operations
4. Appoint distributors (city and tier-I & II towns), retailers (supermarkets - small, medium and large format) and stockists at target supply/credit terms in the assigned sales territory and maintain relationship for repeat orders.
5. Coordinate and take orders from all customers in the Sales territory on a daily basis and communicate the same to production in charge for their planning.
6. Conduct primary market research and provide inputs in pricing of various portfolio of products.
7. Time-to-time conduct direct sales in select territory to enable respective distributors to expand their network and sales operations
8. During the festive seasons, actively participates devising and execution of marketing and sales offers.
9. Active follow-up of outstanding payments from customers for the supply goods as per agreed terms.
10. Plan the resources and efficient delivery of goods such as transportation and distribution routes.
11. Liaison with territory e-commerce and hyperlocal sales channels - order taking.
12. Provide weekly sales reports and market intelligence/feedback of the various products.
13. Provide product and market related feedback to commercial, quality and production functions.
**Approach**:
1. Represent, introduce and establish the product brands in the market.
2. Target-Oriented and experienced to manage the TSRs of an assigned territory and ensure that sales targets are achieved.
3. Identifying unmet customer needs.
4. Regularly submitting sales reports to the Head of Operations.
5. Should also be able to keep abreast (Keep an Eye) of the latest industry trends and determine the potential impact it may have on company products and services.
6. Willingness to travel as required in the assigned territory.
7. A successful TSA should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise strong leadership skills. Should demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
**Required Skills & Education**:
1. Bachelors or master’s degree in Sales & Marketing or any other relevant field
2. Proven experience for 5-10 years - working in food product sales, ideally in bakery, savouries or dairy products.
3. Good negotiation and communication skills - fluent in English, Tamil and other regional languages
4. Should exhibit leadership and ownership approach in work.
Driving License
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
