Overview:
The CTC Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Sales Manager for one of the Top life Insurance Company. As a leader in the insurance industry, they are committed to providing the clients with top-notch products and services while building strong relationships with the employees. As the Life Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, setting and achieving sales goals, and ensuring the success and growth of our life insurance department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets and objectives
- Lead and mentor a team of Life Insurance Agents, providing guidance and coaching for continuous improvement
- Recruit, train, and onboard new Life Insurance Agents to maintain a strong and effective team
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-selling initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and products

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in life insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, industry regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team towards success
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
