Hyderabad Telangana, India Marconix Sales and Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to educate customers on our range of products and solutions.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the home automation, home security, interior design, or home theater industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi or any other regional languages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
