- As an Assistant Manager - Fresh Sales at SecureNow, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by converting prospects into valued customers in the corporate insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential corporate clients through proactive lead generation efforts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Demonstrate leadership and teamwork by effectively managing your sales pipeline and supporting team members as needed.
- Employ a problem-solving approach to address client concerns and objections, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of energy, integrity, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 3+ years of corporate sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry (Employee Benefit, Liability Insurance, Professional Indemnity, Cyber Crime, etc.
- Previous experience working with insurance brokers or direct selling within insurers is highly desirable.
- Strong drive and independence in handling client interactions and leading teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
