Personal Assistant to CEO

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents for presentation or review.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, expense reports, and financial documents.
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and clients on behalf of the executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues as they arise.
Pay: ₹15,843.61 - ₹45,918.49 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
