Executive Assistant to CEO

**Job Title: Executive Assistant**
We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Help desk to provide high-level administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the CEO's office. **Responsibilities**:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including room setup and catering.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
- Assist in document preparation, formatting, and proofreading.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare expense reports and process invoices for the CEO.
- Handle other administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the CEO's office.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, administrative support, Secretary, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
