- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
- **Office Management**:

- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system and ensure data confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and presentations.
- **Project Management**:

- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
- Research various topics as directed by the CEO.
- Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes when necessary.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues that arise.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role supporting C-level executives.
- Experience in project management and handling confidential information.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Teams).
- **Adaptability and Discretion**:

- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
