**Customer Support Specialist (Projectors)**
Do you enjoy helping people and solving problems? We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help our customers fix their projectors from the comfort of your own home. You’ll talk to customers on video calls and guide them step-by-step to solve any issues they have with their projectors. No advanced tech skills are needed—just a friendly attitude and a willingness to help
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Assist Customers via Phone calls and Video Calls**: Help customers figure out what’s wrong with their projectors by talking with them on phone or on live video.
- **Guide Them to Fix Issues**: Walk them through simple steps to fix common problems like blurry pictures, trouble connecting to WiFi, or remote control not working.
- **Check the Projector**: During the call, help the customer test their projector to make sure it’s working properly.
- **Keep Records**: Write down any issues customers have and share feedback to help improve our products.
- **Work with the Team**: If there’s a tricky problem you can’t solve, you’ll get support from the technical team to resolve it quickly.
- **Provide Clear Communication**: Explain everything to customers in a way that’s easy to understand and keep them updated during the troubleshooting process.
- **Learn About New Products**: Stay informed about the latest projector features so you can provide the best support.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Good Communication Skills**: You can explain things clearly and simply.
- **Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks**: You’re able to help different customers at the same time.
- **Basic Tech Knowledge**: You know a little about electronics like projectors, TVs, or other home devices.
- **Helpful Experience**: If you’ve worked in customer service or helped people with electronics before, that’s a bonus
- **Problem Solver**: You’re good at walking through problems and finding solutions.
