- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies. Stay updated on any changes to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- **Communication Skills**: Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to professionally convey information and actively listen to understand customer needs.
- **Customer Education**: Guide customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting procedures. Promote self-service options and resources to enhance customer independence.
- **Multi-Channel Support**: Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather, analyze, and summarize customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to the company to enhance products and services.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English (preferred) and Hindi (preferred).
