Customer Service Representative

**Responsibilities**:
**Issue Resolution**:Investigating and resolving customer issues, problems, and disputes promptly and effectively. Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or management as needed.
**Product Knowledge**: Acquiring and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services. Keeping up-to-date with changes in products, services, and policies.
**Communication Skills**: Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally. Actively listening to customers to understand their needs and concerns.
**Customer Education**: Educating customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting procedures. Providing guidance on self-service options and resources.
**Multi-Channel Support**:Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
**Customer Feedback**:Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Providing insights to the company based on customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
