We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries or issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate ( any discipline ).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
