**Job Title/Position**: Customer Service Representative / Sr. Customer Service Representative

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handling Inbound Calls and Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems via phone, E-mail, Online chat and Social media.
- Processing Orders and Assisting with Order Management.
- Handling Complaints and Escalated Complaints
- Handling Refunds Such as All Card Payments and PayPal
- Contacting existing clients to provide the Services
- Generating Leads for B2B clients All over Australia Region wise and work on conversions.
- Provide Back end services to Clients for Customer Service
- Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports

**Job Requirement**:

- Excellent Communication skills (English)
- Minimum experience of 6 months or more in any Domestic or International Voice Process.

**Qualification**: Any Graduate or 12th and above

**Shift**: Day Shift only (Australian shift)

**Work Days**: 5 Days a week

**Week Off**: Rotational

**Work Location**: Domlur (Near Manipal Hospital, Old Airport Road), Bangalore.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
