Job Title: Front Office Admin

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and visitors to the company's premises
- Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, such as preparing documents and reports
- Coordinate with other departments within the company as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a front office admin role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
