Job Description:

JLL is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, KA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  2. Manage the front desk, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling general administrative tasks.
  3. Maintain accurate records and databases, including telephone registers, call tracking, and client contacts.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front office, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
  5. Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and contribute to the monthly management report for clients.

Requirements:

  1. 1-5 years of experience in front desk management or reception.
  2. Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
  3. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  4. Familiarity with occupational safety requirements and strong computer literacy.
