Job Description:
JLL is seeking a highly skilled Front Office Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, KA. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and ensuring a positive first impression for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage the front desk, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including telephone registers, call tracking, and client contacts.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front office, ensuring compliance with company regulations.
- Participate in emergency evacuation procedures and contribute to the monthly management report for clients.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in front desk management or reception.
- Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Familiarity with occupational safety requirements and strong computer literacy.
