- Communication and Correspondence: Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing packages, and checking, sorting, and forwarding emails.
- Office Administration: Monitor office expenses and costs, keep updated records and files, and take on additional duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements or scheduling.
- Experience: Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
- Office Skills: Familiarity with office machines, knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and people skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.
- Education: High School diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.
