Front Office ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain the front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are available and easily accessible.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming guests, addressing any concerns or complaints, and redirecting incoming calls or taking messages as needed.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing packages, and checking, sorting, and forwarding emails.
  • Office Administration: Monitor office expenses and costs, keep updated records and files, and take on additional duties as assigned, such as travel arrangements or scheduling.
Requirements and Skills
  • Experience: Proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position.
  • Office Skills: Familiarity with office machines, knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping, and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent communication and people skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Education: High School diploma; additional qualifications are a plus.
