Job Title: Strategic Office Operations Coordinator

About Us:
We are a dynamic and fast-paced organization seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Human Resources Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the workplace.
• Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies to maintain optimal efficiency.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff members.
• Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations as needed.
• Assist with report preparation, presentations, and documentation.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained by liaising with vendors, contractors, and facility services.
• Monitor and address IT and equipment-related issues in collaboration with relevant support teams.
HR Activities:
• Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and data tracking.
Assisting Senior Management:
• Manage personal scheduling and reminders for the CEO, Director, and HR Head.
• Handle occasional personal errands, such as coordinating deliveries, managing purchases, and overseeing miscellaneous tasks.
• Ensure effective balance of the CEO's personal and professional priorities.

Salary Estimate:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
