A dynamic startup seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Coordinator to support our C-suite executive. The ideal candidate will possess 7-10 years of experience as an executive assistant, with significant exposure to startup environments.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Operations Coordinator. As an executive assistant to our CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating key projects, aligning stakeholders, recording meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate key projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals and the fast-paced demands of a startup.
- Program Management: Manage programs by aligning stakeholders, recording Minutes of Meetings (MoM), and ensuring follow-through on action items, with a focus on startup agility.
- Report Writing and Presentations: Craft comprehensive reports and presentations that effectively communicate key insights and updates, tailored to the needs of a dynamic startup environment.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on relevant topics and generate detailed reports to inform decision-making, with a focus on startup challenges and opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's growth trajectory, leveraging startup experience to drive success.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience as an executive assistant to C-suite executives, with significant exposure to startup environments.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in a similar role, particularly within startups, with a strong track record of supporting high-level executives.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor suitable for startup settings.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in the entire MS Office suite, with the ability to create high-quality documents and presentations tailored to a startup's needs.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage a dynamic workload, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with robust decision-making skills, essential for navigating the challenges of a startup.
