Job Description:

- Administrative Support: The Administrative Executive will oversee administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the organization. This includes managing vendor contracts, licenses, and insurance formalities, as well as coordinating with relevant teams to maintain necessary documentation.
- Data Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files and PF-related documents. Additionally, you will assist the accounts team with required documentation for payroll, reimbursements, and personal details.
- Employee Relations: As an Administrative Executive, you will respond to general inquiries from managers and employees, directing them to appropriate policies and procedures for resolution. You will also procure and distribute laptops efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinate logistics for off-site meetings and leadership gatherings.
- Audit Support: You will prepare and organize necessary documentation for external and internal audits, including background verification reports, contracts, and other relevant files.
- IT Support: You will create presentations and assist during all-hands meetings and other org-level meetings.
Requirements:

- Experience: 0-4 years of relevant administrative experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently or by collaborating with relevant teams
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Positive Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
Compensation: ₹300,000 - ₹450,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
