**What You'll Do**:
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify potential corporate partners and sponsors that align with Hurun India's brand and offerings.
- Pitch Hurun India's publications, events, and research services to prospective partners.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and tailor partnership proposals to meet their objectives.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure long-term partnership retention and satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the luxury, finance, and corporate sectors.
- Analyze competitors and industry benchmarks to position Hurun India’s offerings effectively.
- Prepare and present market analysis reports to senior management.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with the marketing and events teams to develop compelling sponsorship packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
- Attend and represent Hurun India at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Ensure all partnership agreements and contracts are documented and filed appropriately.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media, research, or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the corporate, finance, and luxury markets in India.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
