Strategic Partnerships Executive

We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidate to become a core part of our Partnerships team, and lead our vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. This is your opportunity to become a part of India’s healthcare revolution, work deeply with the healthcare ecosystem, and save lives.
The role involves nurturing business relations, ensuring customer success and building long-term partnerships. It offers you the opportunity to travel across India.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Building Neodocs’ business development strategy
- Identifying partnership opportunities and verticals
- Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders
- Initiating and successfully executing pilots, converting into long-term collaborations
- Ensuring customer success and continuous communication
- Building feedback loop from partners to internal teams
- Co-build case studies with partners
- Working closely with internal design and content teams to develop required pitching and enablement materials
Are you our ideal candidate?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales/ Consulting field.
- Experience working in healthcare Industry is a must
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You enjoy travelling - this role might require travel to partner locations
- Excited about working in a startup environment - more ownership, more hustle, more impact
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Passionate about solving for Indian healthcare ecosystem
- Bonus: Previous experience in relevant field
