We are looking for a HIGHLY MOTIVATED candidate to become a core part of our Partnerships team, and lead our vision to make instant, affordable diagnostics accessible to every Indian. This is your opportunity to become a part of India’s healthcare revolution, work deeply with the healthcare ecosystem, and save lives.

The role involves nurturing business relations, ensuring customer success and building long-term partnerships. It offers you the opportunity to travel across India.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Building Neodocs’ business development strategy
  • Identifying partnership opportunities and verticals
  • Developing and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Initiating and successfully executing pilots, converting into long-term collaborations
  • Ensuring customer success and continuous communication
  • Building feedback loop from partners to internal teams
  • Co-build case studies with partners
  • Working closely with internal design and content teams to develop required pitching and enablement materials

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales/ Consulting field.
  • Experience working in healthcare Industry is a must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You enjoy travelling - this role might require travel to partner locations
  • Excited about working in a startup environment - more ownership, more hustle, more impact
  • Focused and goal-oriented
  • Passionate about solving for Indian healthcare ecosystem
  • Bonus: Previous experience in relevant field
