**KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA**
**Designation - Receptionist Cum Admin Executive**
**Experience - Min 1 to 2 years**
**Budget / CTC - 1,50,000/- to 2,40,000/- PA.**
**Location - Andheri, Chakala.**
**JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Responsible for handling front office reception & Administration duties
- including greetings guests & visitors, offering them beverage, answering
- phone calls, handling company enquiries, sorting & distributing mail.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling
- access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Maintaining courier inward/outward register & get the courier
- coordinate activity done smoothly
- Attendance management
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms & coordinate for appointment
- & create meeting calendars
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Internal communication
Experience & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Minimum 2 to 3 Years’ experience in same profile.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and
- printers).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize
- tasks.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
