**Job Description**:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk area and ensuring that all visitors are warmly welcomed. You will handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate staff members, and assist with various administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, forwarding calls to the appropriate individuals.
- Provide basic information about the company and its services to callers and visitors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, as required.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Uphold security protocols to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications are a plus).
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Welcoming, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain composed and handle challenging situations with grace.
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Professional appearance and conduct.
