Job Title: Receptionist & Admin Executive
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, and provide general administrative support.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Taking care of stationery, printing and non
- printing needs.
- Manage and maintain inventory records of company assets.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance.
- Co-ordinate with branch personnel.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
