**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and other office logistics.
**Administrative Work**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and general office management.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, records, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations and assist in organizing office events, meetings, and functions.
- Maintain filing systems and manage routine correspondence.
**Sales Coordination**:
- Support the sales team by handling client inquiries, processing orders, and following up with potential clients.
- Assist in preparing sales quotations, invoices, and reports.
- Keep track of client data, sales records, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient communication with clients.
**Basic HR Support**:
- Assist with basic HR tasks, such as maintaining employee records and processing attendance and leave data.
- Assist in new employee onboarding and documentation.
- Coordinate small employee engagement activities and events as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Reception, Administrative work, Sales Coordination, and basic HR functions.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Office Administration, Business, or related fields.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM or ERP software is an advantage.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and excellent time management.
- **Teamwork**: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work independently when needed.
