**Job brief**:
We are seeking a personable and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As our company's first point of contact, you will be the face of our organization, providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for all visitors and clients.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome guests warmly when they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and direct phone calls, manage incoming calls, take messages, and re-direct calls as necessary.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Assist with various administrative tasks, including copying, faxing, taking notes, and scheduling meetings.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper visitor identification and access control.
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings, including room bookings and meeting preparation.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., computers, fax machines and printers).
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Friendly, polite, and courteous with a customer-first mindset.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
