**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support
- Scan & Upload documents
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Monitor Attendance of staff
- Preparing Cheques & Deposits
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
