**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tally and Accounting Management**: Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally, maintain accurate financial records, manage ledgers, and prepare financial statements.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Prepare and submit quotations for government tenders and private clients, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- **Documentation Handling**: Manage both offline and online office documentation, including filing, record keeping, and report generation.
- **Government & Private Consumer Liaison**: Handle communication and coordination with government officials and private consumers.
- **Cold Calling**: Perform cold calling to potential clients and follow up on leads.
- **Expense & Salary Handling**: Track office expenses, manage employee salaries, and ensure timely payments.
- **Other Administrative Tasks**: Provide support for daily office operations, such as managing communications, scheduling, and office supplies.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proficient in **Tally** for accounting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in **quotation preparation** and **documentation handling**.
- Excellent communication skills in **Marathi, English, and Hindi**.
- Ability to handle **government officials** and **private clients** professionally.
- Prior experience in **cold calling** and **expense management** is preferred.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Marathi, English, and Hindi** is mandatory.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
