**Accounts and Admin Officer**

As an Accounts and Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting in bookkeeping and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Handling invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.
- Managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and supporting general administrative tasks.
- Assisting in budget preparation and expense management.
- Providing support in payroll processing and HR administrative tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with team members to improve accounting and administrative processes.
- Vendor empanelment

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an accounts or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Tally will be prefered.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
