Office Administrator

The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day
administrative functions of the office. This role involves managing office supplies,
coordinating meetings and appointments, handling correspondence, and providing
and possesses excellent communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the office is well-organized and presentable.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of office activities, including client files, project documents, and employee records.
- Communication: Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and employees, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
- Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, and budget tracking.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff events and activities.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for interior design and construction projects, including preparing project documentation and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.
- Technology and Systems: Manage office technology and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role. Experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting
