Office/accounts Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain and update office supplies and equipment inventory.
- **Accounting Duties**:
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Relevant degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
