Accounts Administrator

**Job Description: Accounts**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator with additional administrative responsibilities.
- **Responsibilities**:
**1. Accounts Management**:
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, follow up of payments and general ledger entries.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Petty Cash expenses, preparing vouchers and transport expenses of Delivery boys
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets and managing funds by keeping track record of all the loans, credit period.
- Maintaining a strict record and formal communication of taxation w.r.t GST, TDS, returns etc
- Co-ordinating the working payment and salaries of the staff
- Maintaining monthly record of other overhead expenses like electricity/telephone bills and insurance policy as needed
**2. Administrative Duties**:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and office supply management.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual any other duty that falls under the umbrella of reception.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and processing payroll.
**3. Communication and Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the organization.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other external parties to resolve any financial or administrative issues.
- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, related field
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus.
