Here are your roles and responsibilities as a centre manager at ABL Workspaces.
- [ ] Managing all Center operations at our co-working space
- including vendor management and

- [ ] Managing all Center operations at our co-working space

- [ ] Point of contact for all client requirements at our Centers including issue resolutions
- [ ] Maintaining proper records of all the expenses and purchases done at the centre.
- [ ] Responsible for the timely rent recovery I.e. 7th of every month.
- [ ] Assistance in sales including responding to sales queries, managing centre visits and follow ups, making membership agreements of the clients.

- [ ] You will be responsible for the overall hygiene, cleanliness and look and feel of the center.
- [ ] Maintaining google ratings of your center at a minimum of 4.5.
- [ ] Maintain an inventory sheet of your centre having the information of which client is sitting where and what is the current occupancy rate of the centre, the sheet will be shared with every concerned

**Excellent communication skills required**
**Requirements**:
1. Strong organizational and time management skills
2. Comfortable with on-demand front office work
3. Familiarity with corporate etiquette
4. Freshers or experience who are seeking for a good exposure in a corporate environment are

**SALARY- 15k
- 25k*(depends on interview and experience)**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
