Do you have transfer agency processing experience, and are you seeking a new job? Apex is looking for a full-time Associate - Dealing, and the remote role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.

The department you will be working in is responsible for client and investor document management, processing and quality checking of transactions and updating the registers of clients in response to investor instructions. You will perform BAU activities in the TA department to ensure Client Service Level Agreements are consistently met and regulatory requirements are effectively met.

In your first few weeks in this Associate Processing role, you can expect to:

- Process financial and non-financial transactions through internal systems as per regulatory and client requirement
- Identify and resolve problems within the defined procedures
- Complete archiving of investor and client documentation ensuring a full audit trail exists for subsequent retrieval
- Work on initiatives and ad-hoc requirements as per business needs.
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to navigate proficiently in a windows environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- The ability to write messages in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
