Our clinics in Indiranagar, Kalyan Nagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout,Whitefield, New Bel and JP Nagar offer accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women across life stages. Rated 4.7 for service from customers.
- **Location: Bangalore**:

- **Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)**:

- **Opportunity: Full-time 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (Saturdays/Sundays are work-from-home)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Customer Engagement**:

- Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.
- Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:

- Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.
- Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our products.
- Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
- **Sales Pitch Customization**:

- Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
- **Closing Deals**:

- Use persuasive skills to close sales deals.
- Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
- **CRM Management**:

- Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
- Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
- **Achieving Targets**:

- Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement.
- Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
- **Continuous Learning and Adaptability**:

- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills.
- Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement.
- Actively participate in training programs.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.
- **Adaptability**:

- Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
