We are Hiring for a women’s healthcare startup, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for its rapidly growing Bangalore-based team. Our clinics in Indiranagar, Kalyan Nagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, offer accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women across life stages.
- **Location**: Bangalore
- **Work Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)
- **Opportunity**: Full-time - 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (Saturdays/Sundays are work-from-home)
**Responsibilities**:
**Direct customer engagement**:
- Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.
- Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
**Customer Relationship Building**:
- Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.
- Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.
**Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products.
- Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.

- Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
**Closing Deals**:
- Use persuasive skills to close sales deals.

- Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
- Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
**Achieving Targets**:
- Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement.
- Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
**Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
**Continuous Learning and Adaptability**:
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills.
- Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
**Feedback and Improvement**:
- Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement.
- Actively participate in training programs.
**Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.
**Adaptability**:
- Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
**Women and those with prior healthcare inside sales experience are preferred.**
**Experience: 2 to 6 years**
**CTC:20,000 to 60,000 per month**
