Administration Assistant

Join our bakery as a Bakery Administrator to oversee customer relations, manage stock, coordinate deliveries, and maintain financial records. We’re seeking an organized individual with strong administrative and customer service skills.
- **Key Responsibilities**_**:
**Customer Relations**: Handle inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues.
**Stock Management**: Monitor inventory, order supplies, and conduct audits.
**Delivery Coordination**: Schedule and manage deliveries, and ensure timely and accurate service.
**Record Keeping**: Maintain Excel spreadsheets for sales, inventory, and costing.
Costing: Track expenses, assist with budgeting, and ensure profitability.
**Qualifications**: Any UG
Experience in administration, preferably in a bakery or food service.
Proficient Experience in administration, preferably in a bakery or food service.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage financial data and inventory.
