Office Administration Assistant

**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Chennai. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, handling phone etiquette, communication, and providing executive administrative assistance and accounting tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in providing executive administrative assistance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Accounting Tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus (If you have the interest and hunger to learn and excel, We do not look at your degree)
Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
**Experience**:
