- Assist with scheduling client appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide support to clients during their office visits, ensuring a high level of service.
- **Telephone and Communication Handling**:

- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members and leads.
- **Floor and Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure common areas like meeting rooms, kitchens, and reception are clean and well-organized at all times.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, including stationery, and coordinate with vendors for replenishments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a front desk, reception, & administrative assistant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
