- **Managing records**: Keeping accurate records of business income and expenses, and maintaining filing systems
- **Office management**: Ensuring staff have the equipment they need, ordering supplies, and overseeing office inventory
- **Financial tasks**: Assisting with invoicing, budgeting, and bookkeeping
- **Data entry**: Entering data into financial, personnel, and legal databases
- **Providing support**: Greeting clients and customers, and answering their queries
- **Managing diaries**: Helping to organize diaries for management team members
- **Taking minutes**: Recording meeting minutes using shorthand or touch typing
- **Liaising**: Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and staff in other departments
- **Troubleshooting**: Operating and troubleshooting office equipment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
