We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shaivam Apparels Private Limited. As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
