**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facility Oversight**: Maintain the coworking space to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Manage repairs and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests. Address inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve any issues to ensure a welcoming environment.
- **Financial Coordination**: Take charge of billing processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and financial record-keeping. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- **Event Management**: Plan and coordinate engaging events and workshops. Handle logistics, promotion, and vendor liaison to create memorable experiences for our members.
- **General Administration**: Perform essential administrative tasks such as filing, managing mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- **Tech Support**: Oversee the IT infrastructure. Manage internet access, troubleshoot tech issues, and maintain essential office equipment.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Support marketing efforts to attract new members. Engage in social media management, content creation, and website updates.
- **Vendor Relations**: Coordinate with service providers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- **Feedback Implementation**: Actively seek member feedback for service improvement. Implement changes to enhance the coworking experience.
- **Community Development**: Foster a sense of community among members through networking events and regular communication.
- **Compliance Management**: Ensure all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented approach with a knack for problem-solving.
- Familiarity with billing processes and basic financial management.
- Competence in MS Office and other office management software.
- Ability to manage IT and technical equipment is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,238.09 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
