Appointment Generation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads and set up appointments with key decision-makers.
- Identify and research potential clients, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate how Livestrong Technologies' services can meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and strategy alignment.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor
- **Skills & Competencies**:
- **Excellent Communication**: Superior English verbal and written communication skills.
- **B2B Lead Generation**: Proven experience in generating B2B leads and setting appointments with decision-makers.
- **Cold Calling**: Demonstrated success in cold calling and effectively engaging prospects.
- **CRM Proficiency**: Experience using CRM software to manage and track leads and appointments.
- **Target-Driven**: Strong ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially in a WFH setting.
