**Qualification**:
**International Calling/BPO**
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in the B2B domain, with a focus on lead / demand generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
**Eligibility Criteria**
- Effective Verbal and Written Communication skills in English
- Sales/marketing Aptitude
- Prior inside sales/marketing experience will be an added advantage
- Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment
- Structured thought process
- Self-driven
**Job Descriptions Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and set up qualified meetings with clients.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive list/database of prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Conduct research to track, maintain, and update leads.
- Develop new business through outgoing calls to key clients and prospects.
- Perform customer research to gather information about potential leads.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management.
- Develop a strong knowledge of the client's products and services to effectively facilitate the process.
- Flexible to work in a 24X5 environment.
