**Role Overview**:
As an Appointment Generation Specialist within our dynamic sales and marketing division, you will be pivotal in forging connections with potential clients, setting the stage for our sales force. This role is suited for a dynamic, convincing, and methodical professional adept at engaging potential leads and coordinating sales appointments, thus fuelling our business development and opening avenues for enhanced sales prospects.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Targeted Prospecting**:
- Execute strategic research to pinpoint and engage prospective clients within our market scope.
- Compile and update vital information, including contacts and actionable insights on potential leads.
**2.** **Proactive Outreach**:
- Articulate the advantages of our services persuasively to secure appointments.
- Tactfully address queries and counter objections to maintain prospect interest.
**3.** **Coordination of Appointments**:
- Organize and confirm meetings with promising leads, harmonizing with the sales team’s availability and preferences.
- Dispatch comprehensive meeting particulars to prospects and sales staff.
**4.** **Relationship Cultivation**:
- Ensure consistent communication with prospects pre-meeting to foster readiness and enthusiasm.
- Develop connections with contacts not immediately prepared to schedule meetings, recognizing future potential.
**5.** **Data Stewardship**:
- Diligently log and manage appointment details within the CRM platform, adhering to data protection standards like GDPR or CCPA.
**6.** **Performance Reporting**:
- Produce detailed reports on appointment-setting outcomes, analyze trends, and suggest strategic enhancements.
**Qualifications**:
1. Exceptional verbal and written communication prowess.
2. Minimum of 2 years in roles related to sales strategy, business development, or similar fields.
3. Proficiency in CRM software and data management tools for managing sales funnels, data analysis, and enhancing customer engagements.
4. Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
5. Strong capabilities in persuasion, rapport building, virtual communication protocols, selling techniques, and negotiation.
6. Inquisitive approach to comprehensively understand client requirements and present customized solutions.
8. Analytical acumen coupled with problem-solving and project management expertise.
9. Broad understanding of international markets to identify and leverage global business opportunities.
10. Technological agility, with a comprehensive grasp of modern digital resources and tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
