**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves promoting our products and services to potential clients, initiating contact through outbound calls, setting appointments, and laying the foundation for comprehensive presentations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Promotion**: Promote and position our products and services effectively.
- **Communication**: Clearly and effectively communicate with prospective clients.
- **Lead Generation**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients.
- **Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments, ensuring clarity in your pitch to secure presentations. Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and convert them into appointments.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, particularly tele-sales, is required.
- **Skills**:
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- **Sales Pitching**: Skilled in crafting and delivering persuasive sales pitches with strong negotiation skills to close appointments.
- **Organization**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- **Planning**: Effective planning abilities to strategize and execute sales campaigns.
**Performance Measurement**:
- Success in this role will be measured by the number of successful appointments set with a clear and compelling pitch.
