Profile introduction:

- As a Telesales Executive in the real estate sector, you'll be the voice of our company, engaging with potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, pitch our properties, and close deals through persuasive and informed conversations. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, a deep understanding of our property portfolio, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote available properties.
- Engage in active listening to understand client needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about properties, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market trends and our property listings.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, following up consistently and proactively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Document and update client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance sales skills and stay updated on industry developments.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, property pricing, and industry regulations.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Languages:

- English, Marathi, Hindi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
