- Handle inbound and outbound calls to clients.
- Maintain good relationships with existing & new clients, business associates, and vendors, etc.
- Provide end-to-end service while organizing a trip by booking the Flight tickets, reserving the hotels/cars, and creating the itinerary.
- Provide all relevant and essential information to the client regarding their travel itinerary.
- Negotiate any customizations or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.
- Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
- Reach the sales and revenue targets.

- Understanding clients package requirement and converting incoming leads into SALES.
- Interacting with clients for their Tour Package Requirements.
- Designing, Preparation of the travel Packages as Per Client Requirements.
- Follow up the leads and calls.
- Presenting, Convincing & Sale Tour Package to Clients.
- Should Have Diverse Knowledge of International Destinations.
- Should Have Good Selling & Negotiation Skills.
- Should Be Soft Spoken with Good Communication Skill
- Prior experience as a travel agent is must.
- Basic computer skills and software like MS Office.
- Pro-efficient with Hindi and English both (Verbal and written).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
