Job Description:
As an Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for managing the MD's time, calendar, and documentation, while also taking charge in their absence. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and impeccable organizational skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Efficiently manage the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and record meeting minutes, ensuring seamless proceedings.
- Assist in general office operations, including supplies inventory and vendor coordination.
- Plan and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, accommodations, and visa documentation.
- Execute tasks and assignments in the executive's absence, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
