**Joining**: Immediate or less than 30 days
As a part of the accounts payables team, responsibilities include independently managing end-to-end accounts payables activities; ensuring precise verification of invoice costs and timely processing of invoices and other payments; conducting reconciliation and resolving any outstanding accounts as required; maintaining an updated ERP system by efficiently processing journal entries and updating general ledger accounts; coordinating with partners, vendors, and clients to seek approvals as needed; communicating effectively with clients as well as the team members; paying attention to detail during payments processing.
Secretarial responsibilities include creating precise job codes for various clients by utilizing the ERP software; accurately updating the attorney’s time sheets; generating invoices and maintaining regular communication with clients to follow up on payments; assisting the attorney-in-charge with various day-to-day activities, addressing queries etc.; preferably familiar with stenography.
Duties are broadly given below:
- Handling the AP activities for Hyderabad Location.
- Consolidation of Reimbursements on monthly basis for Hyderabad Location.
- Managing the petty cash/cheque books.
- Vendor/Client expenses related payments.
Payment request consolidation for location & sending for Bank upload & entry.
